Our commitment is to respond to all support requests within a maximum of 48 business hours. In urgent situations related to payment errors or technical failures that prevent access to purchased content, we prioritize support.
About Purchases and Downloads
How can I buy my photos?
Search for the event you participated in to find your photos. Select the images you want to purchase, add them to the cart, and complete the payment. After confirmation, the photos will be available for download in your personal area.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other methods available in your region, such as MB Way, PayPal, and bank transfer, as indicated at the time of purchase.
How long will my photos be available for download?
After purchase, your photos remain available in your personal area for a minimum period of 12 months. We recommend that you download and save the images on your device or in a cloud storage solution.
Can I request a refund?
Yes, under certain circumstances. Please consult our Refund and Guarantee Policy to learn the applicable terms and conditions.
Do the photos have a watermark?
The preview images available for viewing have a watermark. Purchased and downloaded images do not have any watermark.

Can I delete my account?

About Partner Photographers
How do I become a partner photographer?
Go to the “I’m a Photographer” section on our website, fill out the application form, and wait to be contacted by our team. The process is simple and free.
How and when do I receive my earnings?
Payments are processed monthly. The amount accumulated during the previous month is transferred to the bank account registered in your profile, provided that the minimum payout amount has been reached. You can track all your earnings in real time through the photographer dashboard.
What photos can I publish?
Only photos of sports events or physical activities for which you hold the copyright. The images must respect the dignity and privacy of the people photographed. Images containing inappropriate or offensive content, or that violate third-party rights, will be removed.
