Our commitment goes beyond selling images: we believe privacy comes first. That’s why all published photos have faces pixelated by default. Anyone who wants to buy their photos without pixelation can do so easily after identification and purchasing the photo.

Access to the platform requires logging in and expressly accepting our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, ensuring a safe and transparent environment for everyone.

Finding your photos on Sphortos.com is simple. Follow the steps below:

• Log in to your account or create one for free.
• Use the search bar to look for the event you took part in — you can search by event name, sport, date, or location.
• Browse the event photos and identify your images.
• Select the photos you want to purchase, add them to your cart, and complete payment.
• After payment confirmation, the photos will be available for download in your personal area, without a watermark and without pixelation.

After an event takes place, the photos remain available on the platform for a minimum of 12 months. We recommend downloading the images you purchase and saving them on your device or in a cloud storage solution of your choice, to ensure permanent access.

The photos you purchase remain stored in your personal area for as long as your account is active. If you have any questions about the availability of a specific event, feel free to contact our support team.

Sphortos.com has a network of partner photographers specialized in sports photography. To hire a photographer for your event:

• Go to the “Photographers” or “Services” section on our website.
• Filter by sport, location, and availability.
• Review the portfolios of available photographers.
• Contact the photographer directly or request a quote through the platform.

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, especially for large events. Our team is also available to help you find the most suitable photographer for your event — just contact us.

If you photograph sporting events and want to monetize your work through Sphortos.com, the process is simple and free:

• Go to the “I’m a Photographer” section on our website and fill out the application form.
• Submit examples of your work for our team to review.
• After approval, you’ll receive access to the photographer dashboard, where you can upload and manage your photos.
• Your images are published on the platform with faces pixelated by default, in compliance with the GDPR.
• Each time one of your photos is purchased, you receive your commission automatically.

Sphortos.com does not charge any membership fee — the partnership is free and you only earn when you sell. If you have any questions about partnership terms, privacy, or image rights, our team is available to talk in advance and clarify everything.

Sphortos.com accepts the main payment methods available in Portugal and Europe, including:
